The dark chocolate shell cracks with a nice snap before giving way to that molten caramel center—the sea salt hits right at the end and lingers just enough. I've already eaten three straight from the box, and the balance of sweet and salty is honestly spot on.
The caramel inside is so smooth and salty it cuts right through the dark chocolate, which is exactly what I wanted from a truffle. I've already finished the box in two sittings, and the balance of sweet and savory is spot on.
The dark chocolate shell has that perfect snap, and the caramel inside is so smooth it practically melts before you even bite down. The sea salt flakes give it just enough crunch to make the sweet-salty balance feel intentional. My only problem is that nine pieces disappear way too fast.
