The dark chocolate ganache inside is so smooth it melts before you even bite down, and the white chocolate shell has just the right snap. These four pieces were gone before the appetizers hit the table.
Opened the box for a dinner party and these disappeared in minutes—the 62% dark ganache gives it a proper cocoa bite under that sweet white chocolate shell. Dusting on top made them look almost too pretty to eat, but I’m glad we did.
These little truffles made my dessert table look so fancy for book club. The white chocolate shell gives way to that rich dark ganache perfectly, and the champagne flavor is subtle but definitely there. Already ordered another box for Easter.
