The white chocolate shell is smooth, and that 62% dark filling gives it a nice bitter kick against the sweet fizz. I brought a cube to a dinner party and they were gone in ten minutes flat.
The 62% dark filling against that silky white chocolate is a match made in heaven, and the champagne kick from the Épernay grapes is subtle but definitely there. I set these out at a small dinner party and they vanished before dessert, which says everything.
Those little pink cubes are dangerously easy to polish off in one sitting—the 62% filling balances the sweet white chocolate perfectly. I set them out for a small get-together and they were gone before I even refilled the wine glasses.
