Broke off a piece after dinner and it snapped with that clean, satisfying crack you want from a thin. The 73% dark is deep and almost fruity, not sharp at all, and a few squares are surprisingly filling for a 200g box. Only wish they sold it in bigger packs.
That rich, earthy aroma when I cracked open the box told me this wasn't your average grocery store bar. The 73% cocoa is bold but somehow smooth, and the thin squares melt evenly without that waxy aftertaste. I've already gone through half the 200g box in two sittings, which says everything.
The 73% cacao hits that perfect bittersweet spot—not too sharp, not too sugary. Each thin is so delicate it melts almost instantly, which makes it dangerously easy to polish off the whole box.
