I was curious how 73% cacao would taste in a thin format, and it delivers—deep, slightly bitter cocoa with a clean finish. The 200g box is generous, perfect for breaking off a square or two after dinner.
The thin slices melt so evenly, and the single-origin cocoa from Cote d’Ivoire has this deep, almost fruity richness—perfect for a quick treat without being too heavy.
The 73% cocoa content gives a nice intensity, but the texture is a bit crumbly for my taste—they break into pieces too easily. I’d still eat them for a quick dark chocolate fix, just with a napkin handy.
