Opened the box and could immediately smell the rich cocoa and nuts from the Piedmont Gianduja. The Sicilian Pistachio truffle was incredibly smooth and not too sweet. Perfect gift for someone who appreciates quality chocolate.
Each truffle in this box is a little masterpiece—the pistachio one has that perfect nutty crunch and the gianduja is impossibly creamy. A gorgeous gift that feels far more expensive than it is.
The almond praline is incredibly smooth, and the gianduja layer adds a nice depth without being too sweet. All nine truffles felt like a mini tasting journey.
The pistachio truffle really does taste like Sicily—rich and not too sweet. I just wish they'd included a flavor guide in the box, so I could match each one to the description.
