The gooey caramel heart melts perfectly against the white chocolate—the banoffee and banana notes are just subtle enough to keep it from being too sweet.
The dark chocolate drizzle on the smooth ivory shell adds just the right contrast to the sweet banoffee filling. Each truffle is perfectly portioned for a little indulgence without being overwhelming.
The caramel center is wonderfully gooey and the dark chocolate drizzle on the white shell adds a nice contrast. Only wish the banana flavor was a bit more pronounced, but still a tasty treat.
